We schedule clients based on the time needed to perform their treatment safely, effectively, and with precise care. In order to ensure each client receives quality treatment, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a cancellation of your appointment and a $25 fee. If the spa schedule allows, we may still be able to see you or we may need to reschedule your appointment.
New Clients: If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete consent forms and other paperwork.

We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. All aesthetic cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other gratuities.
Due to G Spa being an elective aesthetic medical spa, we do not bill insurance. Payment for all treatments are due at the time of service. We do not offer financing or payment plans. All services and products are final sale. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Health Savings Cards. All prices are subject to change without notice.
All services are final sale. Products that are unopened and in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of the purchase date for store credit. Defective products can be exchanged within 7 days for the same product.
Gratuities are not required, but always appreciated.
